5-3. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing service delivery, contact us within 7 days at info@cryptoping.ai for review.
5-4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Prohibited Uses

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or systematically download our data without written permission

- Create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations
- Engage in any activity that disrupts service availability
